Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We do not have a minimum order quantity, allowing you to order exactly what you need.
Do you require contracts or minimum commitments?
No. We don't believe in locking businesses into contracts. Order when you need to, with complete flexibility.
What coffee options are available?
We currently offer our House Blend and Decaf in both 1kg wholesale bags and 227g retail bags.
Can I stock retail bags for resale?
Yes. Our 227g retail bags are available for cafés, shops, holiday parks and hospitality venues to resell.
What is the wholesale price?
Wholesale coffee starts from £18 per kilo. Please contact us for current pricing and volume enquiries.
How much is delivery and how quickly can you deliver?
Delivery is £5 per order, with free delivery on orders over 8kg. Most orders arrive within two working days, with many dispatched the same day when ordered before 10am.
Do you deliver throughout the UK?
Yes. We supply cafés, restaurants and hospitality venues across the UK.
Do you deliver outside North Wales?
Yes. We deliver throughout the UK.
Can I try the coffee before ordering?
Absolutely. We offer free samples and coffee tastings to help you find the right coffee for your business.
Do you provide training, equipment advice and ongoing support?
Yes. We can help with barista training, equipment sourcing, machine setup, grinder calibration and ongoing support.
